Roadhaven Resort is a gated, 55+ community with 24-hour security, 1,064 individually owned properties and common areas totaling 80 acres. With the purchase of a property, the buyer receives a recorded deed to the property and full right of ownership as a member of the Roadhaven Homeowners' Association. All lots have full hook-ups and many have free-standing patio awnings, washers/dryers and desert landscaping.
Most lots have homes and many of these have modifications such as an added awning, a screened-in room, or an Arizona Room (a full, additional, built-on extra room). Most of the homes come with a shed. Many homes are furnished and nearly all have central air-conditioning and heating. A number of homes also have an extra bathroom.
Some of our most desirable homes are located around our own nine-hole golf course.
Rentals of lots or fully furnished Park Models are available on a limited basis. There are also sales and rentals listed by owner.
