| The
church is a non-denominational ministry
operated for, and by, residents of
Roadhaven Resort. Their objective
is to glorify the Lord, teach biblical
truth, and provide a place of worship
and Christian fellowship with their
neighbors.
The Church
ministry is governed by a committee from
the membership of the congregation under
the leadership of a chairman of the
committee. The committee meets for
business meetings on the third Monday of
each month. A free will offering
is received.
Services
begin the first Sunday of November and
continue until Easter Sunday. The
Sunday Service starts at 8:45 AM in the
Rec. Hall. We begin our service
with praise and Gospel music with
congregational participation. We
end of service with a fellowship and
coffee and cookies are provided by
members of the congregation. In
1990, Paster Jack Martin of Community
Christian Church became our permanent
Pastor and spiritual leader. |
