Instructions for use:
Download the PDF file to your computer. Use your
keyboard to fill in the form. Save the form to
your computer. Attach the form to an email and
send to
advertising@roadhaven.com.
The web editors will then add your info to the
appropriate web page. If you have a photo to add,
please feel free to attach that to your email also. |
